Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, beauty products, cosmetics, earrings and intimate items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless defective.

How to Request

Submit a request from your order page or contact us with your order number, reason and photos of the item and packaging. Our team reviews requests within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are refundable only for defective or wrongly-shipped items.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
